Engineering evaluation and assessment of the twelve story building systems; including elevators, electrical, mechanical, data and telecommunications, plumbing, lighting and emergency power. Owen will identify condition and capacity of the building systems and provide recommendations for upgrade or repair that should occur in the next five, ten and fifteen year periods for continued reliable operation and preventative maintenance.
