Henrikson Owen & Associates, Inc., as a subconsultant to Mckinstry is working with the Conejo Valley Unified School District and providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the design-build energy efficiency and Proposition 39 project. BFL Owen & Associates, Inc. will be providing structural engineering design services. The project involves HVAC unit replacements and DCV retrofits at five schools with the District.
