The Bauer Architects team has completed the Conceptual Design and the Schematic Design of the Concordia University Irvine Southern Quad Facilities Project. The project is now moving from Schematic Design into Design Development. To that end, we are providing this proposal for MEP Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CDs), and Construction Administration (CA) services.
