Under the Master Contract for Whole Building Commissioning (WBCx) Services, Owen was awarded the Task Order for the West Los Angeles College Bundle Commissioning project. The bundle project includes the Technology and Learning Center, Watson Center 2, Science and Math A modifications for Allied Health Program, Science Center modifications for a College Support Facility, Fine Arts Building renovation of Omni-Acoustic Laboratory, and modifications to Heldman Learning Resource Center. Commissioning services will involve HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, audio/visual systems and equipment, building envelopes, and energy management systems.
