Henrikson Owen is providing engineering and retro-commissioning services for the Proposition 39 projects at four high Schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District. The highs schools include Garfield HS, Southeast HS, South Gate HS, and Washington Prep. Prop 39 Energy Efficiency Measures report that you sent us. This is a design/build, Proposition 39 funded, project that entails a variety of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including implementing HVAC system upgrades, lighting replacements, lighting controls, HVAC controls retrocommissioning, and other HVAC and lighting enhancements.
