As the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineer in association with Bauer Architects, Owen is providing MEP engineering services for the Concordia University (CU) Southern Quad Facilities project. This includes the Music, Worship, and Theology Building; and Center for Worship and the Performing Arts Center addition and renovation. The Music, Worship, and Theology Building will be the first building built as the CU’s Master Plan is implemented and will have approximately 37,500 square feet. The CU Center will be renovated and expanded to accommodate up to 800 seats. Owen is providing project management support, facility programming, conceptual through final design, estimating, and assistance during bidding and construction.
