Henrikson Owen was retained by Rachlin Partners to provide MEP engineering design services for the modernization of nine (9) schools in the Norwalk-La Mirada USD. Modernization projects range from the replacement of HVAC units to replacement of plumbing piping systems at kitchens on school sites. The scope entails architectural and MEP engineering.

Working with General Contractor McKinstry, Henrikson Owen proved full MEP engineering design for the HVAC unit replacements and associated controls at five (5) schools: Aspen Elementary School, Newbury High School, Sequoia Middle School, Westlake High School, and Wildwood Elementary School.
