Henrikson Owen was retained by Rachlin Partners to provide MEP engineering design services for the modernization of nine (9) schools in the Norwalk-La Mirada USD. Modernization projects range from the replacement of HVAC units to replacement of plumbing piping systems at kitchens on school sites. The scope entails architectural and MEP engineering.
