Owen Group was selected to provide conduct an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-valuation Plan and ADA transition plan for the City of Commerce. Owen’s work involves conducting ADA evaluations of all public facilities, public right-of-ways, programs, services, and activities, as well as develop a Transition Plan for assisting the City in maintaining compliance Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), Title 24 of the California Building Code, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
