Owen Group was selected to provide “On-Call Architectural Services” for Orange County Public Works. Owen will serve as the lead of a design team and provide both the planning and the design components for the basis of building construction, building repairs, and building physical makeup that meet aesthetic, functional, structural, and safety factors for the construction or repair of any type of building component, overall layout of the projected building, and any aspect of a building or structure; ensuring that these items meet applicable codes and standards. Owen professionals will also provide facility condition assessments of existing building mechanical, electrical and lighting, data consulting, security consulting, controls engineers, commissioning, plumbing, roofing, fire systems and finishes; seismic and geotechnical risk assessment; and provide recommendations for the repair and replacement of the building systems and structure integrity.
