Owen was awarded a contract to provide architectural and engineering consulting services, which included architectural design and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, landscape, and structural engineering design for these various tenant improvements to occur throughout the building. Owen’s scope of work ranged from performing facility condition assessments and site visits to code compliance, including ADA accessibility, and design.
Owen was responsible for submitting design development documents including detailed specifications, cost estimates, and schedules, including Critical Path Schedules, for all areas of architectural and engineering design. Our professionals assisted CalOptima with the bidding process and preparation of documents, as well as with construction administration and support during construction operations.
