Owen provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical and structural design review of projects located on five different floors of the hospital's professional office tower. Projects were at different stages of design, OSHPD review and construction. The objective was to determine if there were any clashes or problems between projects. The Owen team suggested solutions with each project’s architect and OSHPD for the resolution of any problems. This effort required detailed and on-going comparative plan review, through OSHPD permit of each project.
