On-call Full engineering design services
The project consisted of investigations, studies, evaluations and reports including the design and preparation of plans and specifications for repairs and renovation work
OWEN provided Phase I Structural Engineering Studies, Analyses and Recommendations for New Construction as well as Repair of various concrete and masonry buildings at Camp Pendleton to determine their structural integrity and to ensure serviceability. Buildings evaluated included the men’s, women’s and enlisted officer barracks, bridges, waterfront structures (seawalls), gymnasium and racquetball courts, aircraft hangars, fire training tower and hospital buildings.
