Owen provided plan review for a new skilled nursing facility with a separate central utility building and site development including parking, landscaped plazas and courtyards, and a new access road with drop-off at the north side of the site. The building is home to 396 California State Veterans who meet the care criteria for admittance. The facility is designed and built in accordance with current OSHPD requirements.
Owen is reporting such findings to the State and validating compliance with all applicable codes. The buildings include a single level 5,100 gross square foot utility building and a three and four story 365,000 square foot main structure located on the north side of the VA West Los Angeles campus.
