Owen is the civil engineer consultant for the redevelopment of the existing Citrus Crossing Shopping Center located in the City of Azusa. The shopping center is an ongoing 17-acre retail redevelopment project. Owen is responsible for all civil design, including demolition phasing, on-site grading, parking lots, site lighting, landscaping, off-site improvements, underground utilities, on-site fire loop, SWPPP/SUSMP, and water quality management. Also included are utilities planning, fencing, traffic engineering, and street/access way/sidewalk improvements.
Owen is also providing overall construction management, including inspecting contractor construction progress, assisting client with responses to project RFIs; and compliance management for project contract documents, specifications, drawings, codes, and preparation of record drawings.
