Henrikson Owen performed energy audits for the San Marino Unified School District to identify and recommend potential energy conservation measures (ECMs). The intent is to use these energy audits as a basis of procuring grant funds through the Proposition 39 Implementation Program in which $428 million is available in grant funding to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) [89% of that figure for K-12 school districts].
